Synthetic and Natural Blended Yarns: We can offer a wide range of blended yarns for knitting and weaving industry. These yarns are doubled, plied or multi layered mix of many different kinds of yarns such as Nylon, Polyester, Rayon, Acrylic, Acetate, Cotton, Linen and Spandex.

Multi Layered and Twisted Polyester Carpet Yarn: In addition to the production of twisted yarns, we produce multi layered, twisted and steam settled polyester carpet yarns using dope dyed full drawn yarns. Shaggy is a tasseled carpet type in which the dope dyed polyester yarn, after twisting and steam setting, is used together with polypropylene and bcf yarns. While polypropylene yarns offer bulky appearance, dope-dyed polyester yarns provide the shiny look and durability.

Mattress Ticking Yarns:

The protective fabric cover which encases the mattress is called ticking. It is usually made to match the foundation and comes in a wide variety of colors and styles. Our production of ticking is made of synthetic fibers like polyester, or acrylic; or of natural materials such as latex, cotton and silk.
